  • Both visits of this combined activity will take place on the same day, which corresponds to the day selected in the booking process. The exact entrance time will be indicated on the ticket for each monument and will always be within the time slot indicated below:

      • Real Alcázar: 11:30-16:00 (October-March) or 11:30-18:00 (April-September)

      • Cathedral: 9:30-16:00 (October-March) or 9:30-18:00 (April-September)

  • The Cathedral of Seville is a religious site, so please dress decently. It is recommended that visitors cover their shoulders and knees and refrain from wearing see-through clothing or plunging necklines. They should also keep their heads uncovered.

  • It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card, as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.

  • Don’t forget to bring headphones and your cell phone with battery. Follow the instructions on your voucher to download and use the audioguide in the downloadable application.

  • You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes earlier.

  • Children must bring a ticket to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.

  • In periods of high demand, the reservation is subject to availability. The amount will be temporarily withheld until confirmation. We will contact you within 72 hours (earlier if the date is close).
